On orders under $99 we offer a flat rate shipping of $9.99 anywhere within Canada.

As the sense of smell is very subjective, we are unable to offer refunds due to scent preference.

We offer a burn guarantee and if you're experiencing tunnelling, please reach out for a replacement.

Should any of your items arrive damaged we apologize in advance for the inconvenience! Please reach out to us immediately at hello@shopplanted.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will ship you out a replacement at no cost.

If your item is not delivered within 5 days of the expected delivery date, we will ship out a replacement order. Please email us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Planted is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We use trackable shipping for all orders to ensure delivery is completed. If an order or partial order was taken from your doorsteps, please contact the police and/or delivery company with any information you have.
