We do our best to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days. If you require a specific delivery date, let us know in the notes section at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you!

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within Canada & the USA

On orders under $99 we offer a flat rate shipping of $14.99 anywhere within Canada.

As the sense of smell is very subjective, we are unable to offer refunds due to scent preference.

Should there be anything wrong with your order, please reach out so we can work with you to make it right!

Should any of your items arrive damaged we apologize in advance for the inconvenience! Please reach out to us immediately at hello@shopplanted.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will ship you out a replacement at no cost.

If your item is not delivered within 5 days of the expected delivery date, we will ship out a replacement order. Please email us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Planted is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We use trackable shipping for all orders to ensure delivery is completed. If an order or partial order was taken from your doorsteps, please contact the police and/or delivery company with any information you have.

Should you place multiple orders on the same day to the same name & address, we may combine orders into one parcel for faster delivery. If you do not want us to combine your orders please indicate this in the notes at checkout.

If you need your delivery split to multiple delivery addresses, you must place separate orders as our system can only create one shipping label per order.
